Return & Exchange Policy

At Beamach, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality and science of every product we make. If for any reason you‘re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help — no hassle, no hard feelings.

Change of Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind, we gladly accept returns on unopened, unused items within 15 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition

• The packaging must be intact and free from damage

• The original proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Opened or Used Items
We understand you want to try the product — but for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, partially used, or worn items unless the product has a confirmed quality issue (see below).

Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or does not perform as described, we‘ve got you covered.

You are eligible for a return, exchange, or full refund if:

• The product arrived damaged or broken

• The product has a manufacturing defect

• The product does not match the description on our website

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• A clear photo or video showing the defect or damage

We will respond within 2 business days and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at: service@beamach.co

2. Provide your order number and the reason for return

3. Wait for our confirmation and return shipping instructions

4. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided label (if applicable)

Please note: Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. For defective or damaged items, we will cover all shipping costs.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an unopened item for a different variant (e.g., flavor or size), please follow the same return process above and specify your preferred replacement. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
